Shipping

We dispatch orders twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays and offer standard delivery with Royal Mail 48. We never want you to receive any damaged products. That's why we take great care to ensure that you receive your new supplies in perfect condition, and we pride ourselves on our packaging.

Delivery Options

Royal Mail

• We offer standard delivery with Royal Mail on most orders, with Royal Mail 48 for parcels and large letters under 2 kg. You should receive your order within 1-4 days from dispatch.

• Royal Mail starts at £3.50 for large letters or £4.50 for parcels. Royal Mail aims to deliver within the advertised time frame of 48 hours, however, sometimes it can take a day or two longer.

• Please note this is not a tracked service. All Royal Mail options have delivery confirmation with GPS location for security.

DPD

• We offer delivery with DPD for large or heavy orders. If your order is over 2kg or a larger item such as large kits, it will be shipped with DPD. This is a next-day service after collection/dispatch and is fully tracked. DPD is not guaranteed, and we cannot guarantee that your order will be shipped with them; some items are shipped Royal Mail.
